Paul S Dixon
With over 30 years of experience in the music industry, I have built a career as a DJ, ghost producer, educator, and business owner. Alongside my industry experience, I have gained a bachelor’s degree in Music and Business, combining creative knowledge with a strong understanding of the professional and commercial side of the industry. I use my teaching background and real-world experience every day to help guide, support, and inspire the next generation of artists and creatives, helping them build confidence, strengthen their skills, and take meaningful steps forward in their music careers.

Founded as a Community Interest Company, Launchpad Artist Management was created with strong North East roots and a clear commitment to supporting the next generation of music talent. Built from lived experience within the region’s creative scene, Launchpad bridges the gap between raw talent and real music industry opportunity, giving young DJs, producers, artists, and creatives access to the guidance, knowledge, and support they need to move forward with confidence.
